Our History
Mediterranean Gardens Women’s Club started in 1965 and has been around for 57 years! MGWC started as a gardening club but then some years later they expanded it to become a general club to broaden their interests.
The emphasis of MGWC is for neighbors to be acquainted; welcome new residents; establish a friendlier and more beautiful neighborhood; and to promote interest and pride in the neighborhood. The goal is to form a community of families who know each other and to preserve the neighborhood.
What we do
We meet once a month on the third Thursday of the month (usually) at 7 pm and have a variety of speakers/activities.
We host an Easter egg hunt and a 4th of July parade each year for the whole neighborhood. It's a lot of fun! We hope to have the opportunity to get to know you!
